There is a reason business owners value being around other owners: it is easier to think clearly about your own business when you can talk it through with people who understand the journey. That is the idea behind The Growth Circle. After a one-on-one onboarding session, you join a small group of fellow entrepreneurs — limited to up to 7 to 10 members — who come together online to choose and validate their growth strategy, with a coach guiding the conversation. Because it is all online, your group can include owners from across India, and you take part from wherever you are.
Keeping the group small and exclusive is deliberate. With a limited number of members, there is room for every business in the group to be part of the discussion, and for the coach to give real attention to each one. Together, the group chooses and validates strategy across the areas that drive growth: marketing (paid and organic), sales, retention and referral. Putting the strategy into practice stays with each member.
